The charming local nightlife and delicious breakfast options made our stay special, while the lack of closet space and some missing bathroom accessories were notable downsides.

Loved the spacious bathroom and the adorable balcony view of fine historic buildings. Staff were super friendly and the location was perfect for exploring. Plus, super close to Sevilla Metro station 🏙️✨

It was very well situated for the Metro, bars, restaurants and places of interest.
There is one lift in a very busy hotel so most people had to use the stairs! The breakfast was dreadful but 2 out of 3 mornings there was no tables available but the cafe next door was better! It was very noisy in the afternoons with hundreds of children running around un-supervised!

The location is perfect for visiting the sights in Madrid.
It can be noisy at night. Due to its excellent pricing per room it is popular with students who can stay in large numbers and can also be noisy.

I stayed in a Premium Beautiful King Room with Balcony and City View for 4 nights. The room was spacious and clean, a big plus. The balcony provided nice city views, but the street noise at night could be quite loud. The room felt a bit dated, like from the 80s, which wasn't ideal. The balcony door also didn't lock properly. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained, though, so that was a redeeming quality.

The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions in downtown Madrid, shopping, and dining. We had a lovely morning stroll around Retiro Park, where my adult kids enjoyed the beautiful scenery.
In my wife's opinion, the rooms could have used better cooling options.

It was just an optimal selection for a quick stopover in Madrid with very good value for money. The location is central, just a few minutes away from Metro stations and attractions. Make sure to ask for a quiet room to avoid noise disturbances during your stay.

I appreciated the hotel's clean and spacious room on the 3rd floor, with a large bathroom. The nearby attractions were a short and enjoyable walk away, perfect for exploring the vibrant surroundings.
More accessible seating areas for relaxation would help.
